Terms of Use

Version 1.0 — Effective: 2026-06-01 — Roleon Ltda

1. Identification and Acceptance

The Roleon platform (“Service”) is operated by Roleon Ltda. By creating an account or using the Service, you declare that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Roleon provides automated generation of AI-optimized résumés. Features include:

  • Base CV: generated deterministically from your profile, without the use of AI.
  • Variants: versions of the Base CV adapted by AI for specific job openings, according to the selected adaptation level.
  • ATS Score: estimated compatibility score with automated applicant tracking systems.

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide.
  • The email address is immutable after confirmation. To change it, contact support.
  • The account is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with prior notice whenever possible.

4. Plans, Payments, and Cancellation

  • Payments are processed via Stripe. No card data is stored on our servers.
  • Monthly plans: cancel at any time, with no refund for the current period.
  • Annual plans: non-refundable after purchase.
  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after the notice implies acceptance of the new amounts.

5. User Content and Intellectual Property

  • You own the professional data you enter into the platform.
  • By using the Service, you grant Roleon Ltda a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to process your data strictly for the provision of the contracted Service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the job descriptions you submit do not infringe third-party copyrights.
  • The résumés generated by the platform are your authorship and property. Roleon Ltda claims no rights over the generated documents.

6. Acceptable Use

The following is expressly prohibited:

  • Creating résumés with false information about experience, credentials, or identity.
  • Using the Service for mass automation, scraping, or resale purposes.
  • Attempting to access other users’ data (IDOR) or exploiting platform vulnerabilities.
  • Introducing malware, malicious code, or content that interferes with the Service.

7. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Résumé variants are generated by third-party language models (LLMs). The Service adopts the following safeguards:

  • Canonical fields — such as full name, employer company, job title, educational institution, and dates — are never altered by the AI.
  • The generated content is suggestive in nature. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all material before submitting it to hiring processes.
  • Roleon Ltda does not guarantee that the generated variants will increase your chances of approval in hiring processes.

8. Availability and Support

We strive to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible. Support is provided by email with a response time of up to 5 business days.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Roleon Ltda is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss, or reputational harm arising from the use of the Service.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user over the last 12 months of the contract.

10. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is detailed in the Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13,709/2018). To exercise your data subject rights (access, correction, portability, deletion), contact us at privacidade@roleon.xyz.

11. Changes to the Terms

Material changes will be communicated at least 15 days in advance by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use after this period implies acceptance of the new conditions.

12. Account Termination

  • You may request the deletion of your account at any time via the support email or through the platform settings.
  • Your professional data will be deleted within 30 days of the request.
  • Backups are purged within 90 days.
  • Tax and accounting records are retained for the legally required period (5 years).

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the District of São Paulo/SP are elected to settle any disputes, with the parties waiving any other, however privileged it may be.
